There are 27 restaurants on Northern Arizona University’s campus—including Chick-fil-A, Jamba Juice, Einstein Bros Bagels, Denny’s, Pizza Hut and more—that are open to faculty, staff, students and visitors. Among these, the healthiest options and the best value can be found within the all-you-care-to-eat resident dining locations: The Hot Spot, located on central campus, and The DüB, on south campus. There you can find a variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner choices that offer nutritionally-balanced meals and options for mindful, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan eaters.

In August, a ceremonial noodle cutting marked the reopening of the duBois South Union that included seven new dining options in the newly-renovated 88,000-square-foot dining hall. Take a look inside in this video produced by NAU-TV.
