The Office of the Registrar is ready to help you help others with its annual canned food collection drive.
From now through Dec. 22, the office is collecting canned food for the Flagstaff Family Food Center, which serves more than 70,000 meals a year to area families in need. It also provides families with warm clothes and a homework and reading area for children.
“Last year we collected two truckloads of food and a $200 cash donation,” said Kathy Reese, an office specialist in the Office of the Registrar. “By opening up the drive to the entire campus, we hope to collect even more this year.”
Reese said donations can be made by bringing donations to the Office of the Registrar in the Gammage building, or by calling for an on-campus pick-up.
