You’ve been Axe’d! NAU students participate in cooking competition (VIDEO)

This spring a few Northern Arizona University students took up their chef’s knives and aprons for the 2017 Axe’d NAU Student Chef Competition, an annual event Campus Dining hosts for interested students. Finalists Dylan Thress, Nicole Bratsch and Annika Smith made tapas, Italian cuisine and smokehouse barbecue and grill, with volunteers judging each dish.
