Staff, faculty and students will find multiple construction projects throughout the Flagstaff campus as they return this fall. Heavy summer rains delayed multiple improvement projects, and Capital Assets requests that those on campus exercise patience, use caution and avoid entering construction areas marked by fences and barriers.
Major projects currently under construction are:
- The Health and Learning Center
- Renovation of North Union and Prochnow
- Renovation of Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Renovation of the north plant
- Extension of the northeast utility
- Upgrades to the north campus electrical system
- Demolition of Counseling Center and construction of the Native American Cultural Center
A map of scheduled construction activity including street, parking lot and pedestrian walkway closures is updated weekly and available online.
