The city of Flagstaff has closed Franklin Avenue on north campus from San Francisco to South Beaver Street for the next two to three weeks.
A “road closed/local traffic only” sign will be in place, which will allow buses to continue onto the transit spine and vehicles to park at South Beaver School.
Buses remain the only vehicles allowed on the transit spine.
Because of the increased amount of pedestrian and vehicle traffic near the Health and Learning Center, the speed limit on San Francisco has been reduced to 15 mph.
