Chia Seed Parfait

Craving a sweet and healthy snack? This chia seed parfait is the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or midday treat!

Ingredients for 2-3 servings:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 oz milk of choice (almond or oat work great)
  • 2 cups frozen fruit

1. Mix chia seeds with milk. Stir well and let sit for about 15 minutes until thick.

2. Purée fruit in blender.

3. Fill a cup, bowl or mason jar halfway with the frozen fruit purée. Then layer the chia mixture on top.

4. Serve with alone, or top with fresh fruit fruit!
