President Rita Cheng and Provost Jim Coleman have announced the launch of a search effort for a new vice provost for NAU’s Center for International Education.

An external consultancy firm, Wyly/Kellogg International Group, will assist a campus search committee made up of Liz Grobsmith, interim vice provost of CIE, Ramona Mellott, Ding Du, Terry Baxter, Alexandra Carpino and Daniel Palm.

The consultants will be on campus Oct. 5-6 to meet with various campus leaders and constituencies, including NAU’s Faculty Senate.

Former Center for International Education Vice Provost Harvey Charles recently left NAU for a position at the University of Albany, State University of New York.
