NAU Capital Planning and Campus Operations needs your help!
The Vice President for Capital Planning and Campus Operations is conducting a customer satisfaction survey and is seeking input from faculty, staff and students.
The results of this survey will offer a baseline for our team. University citizens are asked to provide critical feedback for our team by identifying processes that are working well and helping us to recognize gap areas for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
The survey will open April 25, at which point you will receive an email with a link to the survey, and close May 9. Thank you in advance for your valuable input.
