Dear Lumberjacks,
We are pleased to announce the as of today we are at more than 90% of our goal of $30,000! This includes a pledge of $10,000 from the Office of the President to advance educational initiatives being led by United Way of Northern Arizona in our community.
We have also increased our participation in the UWNA campaign by 73% from last year. If you are thinking about ways you can contribute to your community, consider logging in and making either a one-time donation or a donation through payroll deductions.
Why participate?
President José Luis Cruz Rivera and his wife, Dr. Rima Brusi, are serving as co-chair of this year’s campaign and can attest to the incredible work taking place at UWNA to support our neighbors and community in advancing education, health, financial well-being, and community resilience.
UWNA’s work is closely aligned with NAU’s vision and strategic priority of community engagement and impact – including the Golden Ticket program in collaboration with UWNA and Coconino Community College.
