Mental health matters at NAU, and the Mental Health Coalition wants to make sure everyone in our campus community knows about and can access important mental health programs, treatment and services. The Mental Health Corner will highlight one important mental health resource each month.
This month, we’re spotlighting NAU’s Counseling Services. Watch this short video or visit the Counseling Services website to learn more about the clinical services available to NAU students. There is currently no waitlist for services! Students who prefer virtual short-term counseling can contact Jacks Care 24/7 via their app, website or by calling 866-656-9983.
Students on south campus can now access counseling services at a satellite location one day per week in the Franke College of Business. Students can schedule an appointment by calling (928) 523-2261 to schedule a Path to Care appointment and request to be seen on south campus.
Counseling Services also has partnered with the Phoenix Biomedical Campus (PBC) to expand in-person counseling services for PBC students. More information can be found by emailing PBC.Counseling@nau.edu.
