NAU’s Student Technology Center moving to Cline Library

Information Technology Services and Cline Library announced the launch of the new Student Technology Center at Cline Library, a combined service focused on technology resources and assistance for students beginning Jan. 13.

Originally located in the duBois Center basement, the Student Technology Center (STC) will be combining services with the Cline Library Tech Desk to establish an area for student learning and innovation, while providing support for NAU applications such as BBLearn and LOUIE, computer repair, MakerLab support, ResNet and NAU wireless connectivity assistance, software consultations and more.

“This strategic and collaborative partnership between ITS and Cline Library will strengthen and expand the technology support offered to our students,” said Suzanne Hanks, team lead for the STC. “We’re excited to join the lineup of services for students offered in the library.”

The STC will match Cline Library’s hours during the spring semester, and phone support will still be available 24/7 at (928) 523-9294.

Faculty and staff technology support will continue to be provided by the ITS Solution Center with full support Monday through Friday from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. and limited support after hours and weekends at (928) 523-1511.
