Heaven Harris (left) and Abby Akin (right). Abby Akin, sophomore middle blocker, was named this week’s Big Sky Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week. Akin reached some career bests in last week’s victories over Sacramento State and Portland State, playing her best offensive match against Sacramento State with a career high of 16 kills on 26 swings.
- Heaven Harris, freshman outside hitter, was named this week’s Big Sky Volleyball Defensive Player of the Week. Harris also helped lead the team in important victories against Sacramento State and Portland State. Harris led the Lumberjacks with 14 blocks during the matches.
