To improve and streamline services for students, the Student Service Center will now handle information, classification and petitions regarding undergraduate residency—demonstrating NAU’s on-going effort to provide a one-stop shop for student services.
The Student Service Center opened in February 2016 with cross trained staff that provide a variety of enrollment and student services including billing and payment, scholarships and financial aid, and enrollment and student records.
“By adding undergraduate residency to our office,” says Matt Tantau, director of the Student Service Center, “we can work to educate and serve students on the residency process from start to finish and explain how it effects billing and financial aid.”
The Student Service Center is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and is located on the first floor of the SAS building. Information regarding undergraduate residency can be found on the service center website.
Graduate residency will remain under the Graduate College.
