The Merriam Powell Center for Environmental Research invites the campus community to participate in a survey of commuter habits on the Flagstaff campus.
“We hope to use the data gained here as both a tool to reduce carbon emissions and as a model for other universities,” saidĀ Sally Evans, operations and contracts manager for the center.
“One critical piece of information that we are missing is a comprehensive study of commuter habits,” she said, adding that the information gleaned from the survey will be used to complete a budget for the campus and suggest strategies for emissions reduction or offset.
The survey is availableĀ online.
