    Jim Wilce, professor of anthropology, presented a paper at the first International Symposium on Language and Superdiversity at Jyväskylä University in Finland. The paper was titled, “Language and Superdiversity in Finnish Communicative Practices.”

  • Linda Shadiow, emeritus professor of Educational Leadership, had her book reviewed on the online blog, “The Teaching Professor,” at Faculty Focus, an online newsletter for university faculty. Reviewer Maryellen Weimer describes Shadiow’s book, “What Our Stories Teach Us: A Guide to Critical Reflection for College Faculty,” as “a pedagogical reading that effectively offers both information and inspiration.” Read the full review online.
