- Nicole Walker, assistant professor of English, had her poem “False Documents”—a highlight on an illegal immigrant mother—published in the July/August 2010 issue of Boston Review.
KNAU’s Daniel Kraker has won a prestigious national award from the Radio Television News Directors Association for Hard News Feature Reporting for his story, “Navajos Hope for Stimulus Dollars.” The story was one of seven regional Edward R. Murrow awards that KNAU won in its five-state region. Those entries then are judged for the national competition.
