NAU faculty and staff are invited to this year’s President’s Holiday Reception, hosted by President José Luis Cruz Rivera and his wife, Rima Brusi. The event will take place from 3-5 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7 at High Country Conference Center to celebrate the festive season.
All guests are encouraged to donate unwrapped gifts and non-perishable foods to the Mountain of Giving campaign. Donations will benefit local organizations in Flagstaff.
Gifts such as craft supplies, children’s books, toys and sports equipment will be donated to Northland Family Help Center. Warm winter clothing, puzzles, journals, candles and other gifts for adults will be donated to the Senior Companion Program. Toys, gift cards and teen-appropriate gifts will be donated to the NAU PD Toy Drive. All non-perishable foods will be donated to Louie’s Cupboard and the Flagstaff Family Food Center.
