Information Technology Services recently increased how much disk space is allocated for the central file servers NAUShares and Bonsai, and the cost for additional space has been lowered.
The allocation is now 3GB for each full-time employee and 1.5GB per part-time employee. Previously, ITS allocated 1GB per FTE and 500MB per PTE. If departments need additional space, the charge is 10 cents per… Read more

Even the best password—which likely is at least eight upper- and lower-case characters long and includes numbers—is of little value if it is shared with someone else.

NAU’s Information Technology Services department is inviting all students, faculty and staff to join them for a live webcast of the annual Educause conference taking place Nov. 7-9 in Denver.
ITS will host the webcast in Screening Room A in Cline Library, which will open at 7:30 a.m. with conference sessions scheduled from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 7 and 8, and from 8 to 11:15 a.m. Friday, Nov. 9.
