Northern Arizona University, as part of the Arizona Universities Library Consortium (AULC), is upgrading its platform to make scholarly resources more readily available to the state’s student and faculty users.
Along with the University of Arizona and Arizona State University, NAU is switching to the Ex Libris Alma library management service and Ex Libris Primo discovery and delivery platform. The services will provide a more straightforward workflow for print and electronic collections, allow librarians to find resources more efficiently and improve collaboration among library staff of the three universities.
“We expect that implementing Alma and Primo will benefit our users and staff immensely,” librarian Janet Crum said. “We’re excited and ready to get started.”
