Northern Arizona University’s Liberal Studies program is undergoing a periodic program review to determine if its goals for student learning are being achieved and to help make thoughtful, data-informed and comprehensive recommendations to guide the program’s future.
A series of open campus forums will be held to hear concerns about the program and to fully explain the program review process. The review is similar to the review process applied to all non-accredited degree programs at NAU. Nine faculty members from across disciplines at the university are on the review task force. The review will continue into the fall semester.
