The Wall Aquatic Center will once again open its doors to the Northern Arizona University and Flagstaff communities by offering a number of free swim lessons this spring.
Fourteen classes will be offered, including parent-child aquatics, water basics and advanced swim lessons for a variety of age and skill levels. Classes for adults, teens, children and babies can be selected based on prior knowledge of swimming and comfort level in the water. Sessions, which will be taught by NAU students as a part of their FIT 100 Water Safety Instructor Certification Course, will span four days.
Because the classes so quickly filled up last year, registration has been divided into groups this year. NAU affiliates can begin registering for classes on April 2, and the Flagstaff community can begin registering on April 9.
A full list of classes and how to register can be found online.
