NAU’s share of the state-mandated budget cuts will delay until at least September any workforce planning decisions.
Workforce planning is the annual process of reclassification and salary equity requests for classified staff and service professionals. The process is meant to align with the university’s annual planning and budget cycle.
Workforce planning will be reviewed along with other budget concerns as NAU manages a cut of $7.45 million to its state budget.
