NAU is warning students and faculty about signing up for Study Room, a note and study guide sharing service. The site requires use of an NAU account which grants access to personal information stored in LOUIE and Blackboard Learn. Study Room is not sanctioned by the university, and the use of NAU account credentials for this service is against the NAU Network Acceptable Use Policy.
ITS reminds the campus community to never use NAU account information to access services not provided by the university. Students and faculty are encouraged to review the current policies here.
Those who have already signed up for the Study Room service should change their account password. For questions or assistance with changing a password, call the Student Technology Center at (928) 523-9294 or (888) 520-7215 or the Solution Center for faculty and staff at (928) 523-1511.
