Fences will be popping up throughout North campus as Capital Assets retrofits utilities and performs electrical upgrades on numerous buildings.
Work zones will be fenced off but alternate paths will be provided for vehicles, pedestrians and cyclists. Some trenches may be plated to allow access to buildings or parking lots.
Jon Heitzinger, project manager, said each section is scheduled to take a month but due to the amount of unknowns underground the schedule is subject to change.
