The Udall Foundation has awarded Northern Arizona University student Danielle Curley the prestigious Udall scholarship. This is the second year in a row an NAU student has been awarded this scholarship.

The Udall Foundation and Native Nations Institute selected Northern Arizona University student Chelsi Tsosie as a 2018 Native American Congressional Intern.
Only 12 interns are selected for this program each year. Interns are selected based on their academic achievement and a demonstrated commitment to careers in tribal public policy. As a Udall intern, Tsosie will complete an intensive nine-week internship in the Washington, D.C. office of Rep. Derek Kilmer this summer.
