NAU Parking Services has announced updated parking information and construction projects for the summer and fall.

Several parking lots will undergo maintenance this summer including P8 (College of Education), P3B (Geology Annex), P46/P48/P48A (Health Professions/Forestry), P51/P53 (Challenge Course/South Village), P33 (Reilly Hall) and all three parking garages. A new employee parking lot will be added to north campus adjacent to the Program in Intensive English building, at the corner of Beaver Street and Franklin Avenue. Additionally, all parking lots will be re-striped. A detailed summer schedule will be available on the Parking and Shuttle Services website.

Permits for the 2016-17 year will be available for purchase online beginning August 1. The employee permit for surface lots will be $425 and the garage permit for either the Riordan or San Francisco garage will be $555. Benefit-eligible faculty and staff are encouraged to pay via payroll deduction. Part-time permits will be $105 for the fall or spring semesters and $55 for the summer.

Day permits, pay-by-space and shuttle options are available for employees. While available, ecoPASS cards provide free employee access to all Mountain Line bus services and students can use their Jacks Card to ride the Mountain Link, Route 10, from downtown Flagstaff through campus to Woodlands Village.

Effective August 1, parking after 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday will now require a permit in lots P7A (Health and Learning Center), P13 (Ardrey) and P62 (South Commuter). Non-NAU affiliate reduced rate options are available by creating a guest account on the NAU parking portal.

Visitor and short-term parking, bike registration and additional parking and shuttle information can be found online at nau.edu/parking or by calling (928) 523-6623.
