NAU President John Haeger earned top honors as “Best Administrator,” according to students voting in The Lumberjack newspaper’s 2009 Best of NAU specialty publication.
The annual print periodical, published last week, provides the results from student opinions on the people, places and things that make NAU and Flagstaff the best. Editors wrote that Haeger’s efforts to maintain educational programs and faculty “have not gone unnoticed among students at NAU.”
Second-place honors in the 2009 Best of NAU “Best Administrator” category went to Rick Brandel, dean of students.
