Zilka Spahic-Siljak, deputy director of the Center for Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Studies at the University of Sarajevo, will present “Women and the Concept of Compassion in Bosnia and Herzegovia” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, in room 136 of the Liberal Arts building.
Spahic-Siljack is a visiting lecturer on Women’s Studies and Islamic Studies at Harvard Divinity School.
