Information Technology Services recently began the implementation of Microsoft Skype for Business, formerly Lync, which is a new communication system that will be used across the NAU Flagstaff campus and Extended Campuses.
New desk phones that are connected to the system will be installed in employee offices by the end of August.
Combining several features for a consistent experience, Microsoft Skype for Business brings together all forms of communication for a PC, Mac, Tablet and Smart Phone, making it simple to switch between different devices.
