A new reservation system and rental rate structure are being rolled out this spring to simplify the process of using facilities on the Flagstaff campus.
The new Event Management System, set to launch this semester, will allow users to view available and reserved space and make online reservation requests from any computer or mobile device. Until the system goes live, reservations for the University Union and du Bois Center may be made by contacting Unions and Student Activities at (928) 523-4313.
New standard room rental rates for internal and external customers have been set for the University Union and du Bois Center. Rental rates for Ashurst Hall, Ardrey Memorial Auditorium, Cline Library Auditorium, Prochnow Auditorium and the Health and Learning Center meeting spaces will be announced later this semester.
The new rates include use of all equipment such as projectors, computers, microphones and podiums.
