NAU welcomes new community art exhibit

Northern Arizona University joins artists in celebrating Flagstaff Open Studios’ 20th Anniversary by collaborating with the High Country Conference Center for a new exhibit, which showcases works by local artists and crafters of the Artists’ Coalition of Flagstaff.

The mission of the Artists’ Coalition of Flagstaff is to encourage and promote artistic growth and professional development and to create a forum for the arts within the Flagstaff Community.

The gallery showcases northern Arizona’s vibrant artistic community. Two and three-dimensional pieces are displayed against a view of the San Francisco Peaks through 32 foot windows lining the gallery area.

This exhibition will be on display from Aug. 3 through Nov. 2 at the High Country Conference Center. The gallery is free and open to the public 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
