NAU launches Salesforce application campuswide

Northern Arizona University has launched the Salesforce constituent relationship management software to help improve student retention and facilitate student success. 

Salesforce will allow NAU to manage relationships and more effectively reach prospective and current students, alumni and other constituents.

The project seeks to provide a 360-degree view by streamlining business processes within functional areas on campus including Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, Admissions, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar and more.

The Salesforce Service Cloud was introduced to campus in October as part of the first phase of implementation. Through the new case management tool, the Student Solutions Center can evaluate employee-student interactions and determine frequently asked questions to improve future communication and service. 

The next phase will focus on providing a central student service center online and in person at the new Student and Academic Services building.
