The International Office has changed its name to the NAU Center for International Education.
Stephen Wright, director of the center, said the name change better reflects the “evolution of the role of the International Office to move beyond the basic coordination of study abroad programs and international recruitment to a more substantive role in the internationalization of the campus.”
Wright added that the center’s role now includes help with curriculum development, faculty liaison and the integration of international activities across campus into a coordinated network of international educational programs.
