NAU students will read their original literary works at an upcoming benefit for Literacy Volunteers of Coconino County from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, at the Campus Coffee Bean, 1800 S. Milton, in the Green Tree Shopping Plaza.
The fundraiser, called “A Literary Act of Kindness,” is open to the public and will feature short readings and performances under 10 minutes in length. The event is free; suggested donations include monetary gifts, a ream of paper or signing up to become a volunteer with Literacy Volunteers.
