April 11, 2019

Northern Arizona University Jazz Studies will host the musical duo The Le Boeuf Brothers for an artist residency from April 15-18 and include performances, workshops, student collaborations and more.

The Le Boeuf Brothers Band features multifaceted performers, composers and educators. Comprised of Remy and Pascal Le Boeuf on saxophone and piano, respectively, Giulio Xavier Cetto on bass and Christian Euman on drums, the band fuses jazz roots with a fresh and forward-thinking blend of indie rock and contemporary classical music.

NAU Jazz Ensembles I and II will perform alongside the Le Boeuf Brothers at 7:30 p.m. April 16 in Kitt Recital Hall. The event is $12.50 for adults, $7.50 for seniors and NAU faculty and free for NAU students with ID. Visit the Central Ticket Office in the University Union or the CTO web page or call (928) 523-5661 to purchase advance tickets. A $2 fee will be added to tickets purchased at the door.

NAU Jazz Combos also will perform with the band at 7:30 p.m. April 18 at Firecreek Coffee Co. at 22 W Historic Route 66. Tickets are $6 and can be purchased at the door.
