NAU’s Nutrition Coalition is hosting a showing of the documentary PlantPure Nation at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14, in Cline Library Assembly Hall.
The film, written and directed by Nelson Campbell, examines the health, political and economic factors related to plant-based nutrition, and chronicles the changes that can be fostered through a whole-food, plant-based diet.
Tickets are $10 for the general public and $5 for NAU students, faculty and staff. Tickets can be purchased at the Central Ticketing Office, online or at the door.
