Dylan “Dinga” Sebastian Phelan, an 18-year-old freshman, died at home on Feb. 13.
Mr. Phelan, a graduate of Flagstaff High School, is survived by his parents Thomas Phelan and Rose Kasallis Brown; brothers Zachary, Thor, Jade and Quinton; sister Emily; and longtime girlfriend Ashley Backus, as well as a large extended family and countless friends.
