The campus anti-virus product, Sophos, will be upgraded by ITS today, Nov. 18.

This is a routine upgrade and most people will not notice any changes. In some cases, Windows may pop up an alert during the upgrade indicating that your system has no anti-virus protection—this is normal behavior as the Sophos anti-virus product gets removed and re-installed.

If the Windows alert does not disappear within an hour, and a restart does not resolve the issue, contact the ITS Solution Center at (928) 523-1511.
