Take a journey through Polynesian culture with authentic food and entertaining performances at the annual HAPA Hawaiian Club Luau on March 30 at the du Bois Center Ballroom.

This year’s theme is He Mo’olelo Kahiko, or “Stories of Old,” with food, raffle prizes, entertainment and more.

Doors open at noon and the meal begins at 1 p.m., featuring such delicacies as Kalua pig, chicken long rice, Lomi tomato, macaroni salad and coconut cake.

Performances begin at 2 p.m. with storytelling, Hawaiian hula dancing and Samoan, Tongan, Tahitian and Maori dancing.

“We love our culture and want to express that love to others,” said Desiree Torres of the HAPA Hawaiian Club.

Tickets cost $20 for adults and $10 for students and children ages 10 and younger. To purchase tickets, email HAPA@nau.edu or call (928) 523-1489 or (928) 523-8939.
